Claas Jaguar 950 Engine repairs
The Pictures above show some work we had to do to a Claas Jaguar 950 forage harvester in 2019. Each cylinder has its own injection pump and one of these failed when the roller seized. This roller runs on the face of the camshaft so destroyed one of the Lobes. A used engine out of a burnt machine was sourced and we swapped the camshaft over from that to the engine out of the machine fitting a new injection unit in the process.
Here We have repairs of 4 Silage trailers, the chassis had split so we had to
re-align the chassis rails weld and plate all 4 sides.
Here We have an umbilical Slurry pump we supplied. The customers Doda Pump had failed and was not cost effective to repair so we supplied a new Criman pump and strengthened and modified their exisiting frame and pipework to accept the different brand of pump.
